The main building will be ready to open in December

TSF has just about completed its most ambitious, most challenging, and most exciting project to date. After months of planning and construction - not to mention the flood, the Sharing Foundation will open a new baby orphanage, Roteang Orphanage, by the end of this year. The orphanage complex is located in Thom Village, Roteang Commune, about a 35-minute drive from downtown Phnom Penh. It was built in accordance with plans and specifications developed by TSF working together with Manalan's Enterprises, an Australian/Khmer architectural and engineering firm located in Phnom Penh.
