TSF continues
to make small contributions, sometimes through targeted donations provided
by individual U.S. families, to the Nutrition Center, a large orphanage
in downtown Phnom Penh. A $500 donation to the center in February brought
the foundation's total contribution to $4,500 for the past year. The center
is a government orphanage, but does not receive adequate funding to care
for the 85 children living there - over 50 with HIV, and many
others with serious birth defects.
