Leaders

The Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers who share a deep commitment to The Sharing Foundation's work for orphaned and disadvantaged children in Cambodia. Members of the board support the work of the President, Dr. Nancy Hendrie, and strive to ensure the success of all Sharing Foundation programs and activities. They assist with project selection, planning and evaluation; are actively involved in raising funds; promote awareness of the Foundation's work; and share their expertise in such areas as communications, accounting and technology.

The executive board is the governing body responsible for all decision-making. It consists of eight individuals, including founders Dr. Nancy Hendrie and Judith Jones, as well as the treasurer and secretary. The executive board decides on administrative and financial plans, ensuring that there are adequate resources and that they are managed effectively.
