Tennis Benefit for TSF
Rithy Plang , Tennis Pro at Wayside Racquet and Swim Club in Marlboro Mass, and his friend , Jennifer Farley , served up another new kind of benefit for TSF on July 17 when they organized and ran a very successful round robin tennis tournament. Everyone had a good time, and winners received various donated prizes, many of Cambodian origin. The tennis matches were followed by a picnic featuring Cambodian food donated by Bopha Samm’s Stir Crazy Restaurant of Pocasset,Mass. Claire O’Brien of the TSF PAC group sold Cambodian Crafts at the invitation of Rithy and Jennifer. This tennis tournament raised over $2000 for new projects for kids in Cambodia-many thanks to Rithy and Jennifer, and also to Bopha !
